The simplest way to get in touch is by email. Bart Television is a small project, so replies usually come from the same person who edits the site. Please allow a few business days for a response.

What to include
A clear subject line speeds things up considerably. The categories below are the most common reasons people write in, and a short note saying which one applies helps the message reach the right place.
Tool feedback or bug reports
If the dead pixel test or burn-in fixer behaves oddly — colors not cycling, fullscreen not exiting, the photosensitivity prompt not appearing — please mention the browser and operating system you used, and whether the issue is reproducible. A short description of what you expected versus what happened is more useful than a screenshot of a black screen.
Directory submissions and corrections
Suggestions for new ambient videos are welcome. Please send the YouTube URL and a one-line note on why it suits a venue display. The directory is curated, so not every submission will be added, but every one is read. If a video already in the directory is unavailable in your region, taken down, or attributed to the wrong category, that's worth flagging too.
Takedown and copyright requests
The directory links to YouTube videos hosted on the original creators' channels. If you are the rights holder for a linked video and would prefer the link to be removed, write in with proof of identity and the URL on this site that points to it. Removals on the YouTube side itself need to go through YouTube; this site only controls the link.
Privacy and data requests
For questions about the privacy policy, cookie behavior, or to exercise rights under GDPR or CCPA, the same email address works. Please put "Privacy" in the subject line so the request is routed correctly.
Press, partnerships, advertising
Bart Television runs ads through Google AdSense and does not currently sell direct ad placements. Other inquiries — interviews, mentions, link exchanges — are evaluated case by case.
What this page is not
This is not a support channel for individual TV brands or models. If a panel is faulty, the right place to start is the manufacturer's support site or an authorized service partner. Bart Television cannot diagnose hardware over email.
