This policy explains what information Bart Television (the "site") collects when you visit, why it is collected, who it is shared with, and what choices you have. By using the site you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Who is responsible for this site

Bart Television operates the website at bartelevision.com. For privacy questions or to exercise the rights described below, contact [email protected] with "Privacy" in the subject line.

What information is collected

The site does not require an account, does not host login forms, and does not run a contact form that stores submissions. Information collected falls into three categories:

  • Server access logs. Standard web server logs may record the requested URL, the date and time, the HTTP referrer, the user-agent string, and a truncated IP address. These are used for security and basic operational diagnostics.
  • Analytics data. Google Analytics is used to understand which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. Data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual visitors. IP anonymization is enabled where supported.
  • Advertising data. Google AdSense and its partners may set cookies and read device identifiers to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where consent allows. The categories of data are described below.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files saved by your browser. The site uses them for analytics and advertising. A more detailed list, including how to opt out, is on the cookies page. You can clear or block cookies at any time using your browser settings; doing so does not affect access to the tools or directory.

Google AdSense and ad personalization

This site is monetized through Google AdSense. As stated in Google's policies, Google and its third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites. Personalized advertising can be disabled at any time by visiting Google's Ads Settings. Visitors can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising via aboutads.info/choices or youronlinechoices.com.

For an overview of how Google handles data on partner sites, see Google's "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" page and Google's advertising policies.

Embedded content

The ambient video directory embeds videos from YouTube using the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain, which limits cookies set by YouTube before a video is played. Once you start a video, YouTube applies its own privacy policy and may set cookies and collect data according to Google's privacy policy.

Third-party vendors used

  • Google LLC — analytics (Google Analytics), advertising (Google AdSense), embedded video player (YouTube).
  • Microsoft — Bing site verification (no behavioral data).

The site does not sell personal information and does not use email marketing platforms or behavioral re-targeting beyond what AdSense provides.

Your rights under GDPR (EEA, UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of personal data, and to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise these rights, write to the contact address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Your rights under CCPA (California)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. As described above, this site does not sell personal information. Where the legal definition of "sharing" applies to personalized advertising, you can opt out via the controls described in the AdSense section.

Children's privacy

The site is not directed to children under 13, and does not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through this site, please contact us so it can be deleted.

Data retention

Server logs are retained for a short rolling window — typically a few weeks — to support security and debugging. Analytics data is retained according to the default Google Analytics settings. Advertising data retention is governed by Google's policies.
